Twenty minutes on your lawn gets you a soil reading, a named list of what is growing there, and a price. If we do not think you need a program yet, we will say so.

Questions we get every week.
No. We only need access to the lawn and gates left unlocked. You get a service summary by email the same day describing what was applied, what we found while scouting, and anything to watch.
Stay off treated areas until the application has dried, which is usually one to two hours in normal conditions. Granular products are safe once they have been watered in. Every visit leaves a posted notice with the exact re-entry time.
Call us and we return at no charge. New broadleaf weeds germinate every three to five weeks, so breakthrough between rounds is normal and covered by the program.
Around 80% of a cool-season lawn root system is built between September and November. Aeration, overseeding and the heaviest feeding of the year all land in round 06 because that is when the plant can actually use them.
Yes, but curative treatment is less reliable and the lawn still has to regrow the roots it lost. Preventive control in June costs less and works better, which is why it sits in the middle of the program rather than at the end.
No. Programs run season to season and you can stop at any time. We do ask that you let the full year run before judging results, because the rounds are designed to build on each other.
